     BROUGHT HERE FOR BURIAL.
     MRS. LUCY WEIBELER DIED IN MINNEAPOLIS LAST THURSDAY
     
Mrs. Lucy Walerius, widow of the late Peter H. Weibeler, died in Minneapolis last Thursday, January 13, and her remains were brought to Belle Plaine for funeral services at Sts. Peter and Paul's Church on Saturday forenoon. She had been in failing health the past three years.

     She was born in Belle Plaine 61 years ago, a daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. Nic Walerius. Here she grew to womanhood, and in 1909 was married at Sts. Peter and Paul's Church to Peter H. Weibeler. Two sons were born to them, William, who died the day before last Thanksgiving, and Paul, who resides in Minneapolis. Her husband preceded her in death 10 years ago.

     She leaves two brothers, Henry Walerius of St. Paul and Nic Walerius of Rock Rapids, Iowa. Five sisters, Mrs. Will Bailey, of Redfield, South Dakota; Mrs. J. F. Shaughnessy and Mrs. Anna Sisterman of Minneapolis; Mrs. Kate Grosser of Belle Plaine; and Mrs. Ernest Kahle of Le Center.

     Father Mueller officiated at the funeral services and burial was in the family lot in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were six nephews, Joe Weibeler, Bob Shaughnessy, F. H. Grosser, Ray Grosser, Clarence Sisterman and Earl Kahle.

     Relatives who were here for the funeral were Mrs. Will Bailey of Redfield, S.D; Mr. and Mrs. Paul T. Weibeler, Mrs. John Shaughnessy and daughters, Lucille and Barbara Joan, John Jr. and Bob Shaughnessy, Mrs. Clara Heywood, Mr. and Mrs. James Croal, Mrs. Anna Sisterman, Mrs. Elmer Rant, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Sisterman, Mrs. Rollie Engfer, Cora Grosser, Mrs, Adeline Bollingerand Robert Walerius all of Minneapolis. Mrs. Henry Walerius and Mrs. Ted Keeler of St. Paul, Nick Walerius of Rock Rapids, Iowa; Dr. and Mrs. E. C. Kahle, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Kahle, and Mrs. Martin Mager of Le Center; Mr. and Mrs. Ambroze and Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Walerius of New Prague; Miss Bena Frederick of Chicago, Mrs. J. G.
