Pinkerton on 6 June 1908. Ida died 2 March 1962 at age 78. She was buried in March 1962 at Sterling, Logan County, Colorado, USA.

     Ines was born on 8 December 1881 at Saint Paul, Howard County, Nebraska, USA. She was the daughter of James Philander Gordon and Emily (Emma) Anthus Richards. She married Alex T. Nelson on 18 July 1903.¹ Ines died 27 December 1976 at age 95. She was buried at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, USA.

     Ivan was born on 16 February 1893 at Copley Township, Knox County, Illinois, USA.² He was the son of Albinus Nance Gordon and Emma Cecilia Smith. He married Marie G. Van Buren on 19 February 1914.¹ Ivan died 19 March 1971 at age 78. He was buried in March 1971 at in Victoria Cemetery, Victoria, Knox County, Illinois, USA.

     James was born on 13 November 1830 at Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. He was the son of William Gordon and Margaret (Nae) McNay. He married Elizabeth McKean on 4 March 1857 by the Church of Scotland at Laurel Villa, Gatehouse of Fleet, Girthon Parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland.¹ James died 1892.
     He was a land agent in 1861 at Newsham, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, England. James was employed as a land agent at Llangynwyd Lower, Bridgend, Glamorgan, Wales, circa 1870.

According to an article in the Wigtown (Scotland) newspaper, at the time of his wedding to Margaret Elizabeth McKean, James was residing at the Manor House, North Riding, Yorkshire, England. He was employed as the land agent for the Right Honorable Lord Greenock.
This researcher has not determined where James died and is buried. His wife Elizabeth died in 1900 in Saint Paul, Minnesota and is buried in Oakland Cemetery. The monument marker on her grave would indicate that James died in 1892 and is also buried there but the cemetery records indicate that only Elizabeth is buried in that plot.

He married (Unknown Given Name) (Unknown Surname) circa 1800. He married Jean (Jane) Heron circa 1813 at Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland. James Gordon died on 28 October 1856 at Woodhead, Gatehouse of Fleet, Anwoth Parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland. The Death Registration states that James was a farmer (widower). He was 88 years old and his parents were Robert Gordon, farmer (deceased) and Isabella McConchie (deceased). He died of heart disease of old age. He was buried in the Parish Churchyard of Anwoth. The informant was William Gordon, his son.^1,2,3 His body was interred on 30 October 1856 in at in Anwoth Cemetery, Gatehouse of Fleet, Anwoth Parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland. The tombstone of James in the Old Anwoth Cemetery reads: By / William Gordon / Gatehouse / in memory of his father / James Gordon / who died at Woodhead, 28 October / 1856, aged 89 years.

     Mr. and Mrs. W.M. Gordon have received word of the death of their nephew, James Harker Gordon, which occured yesterday at Wilkinsburg, Pa. He was about 16 years of age. James was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Harker Gordon, former Little Falls residents. He suffered an attack of sleeping sickness several years ago and had never fully regained his health.²

     Died
     James McKean Gordon, for 26 years employed by the Pine Tree Manufacturing Company here and for the last three years an employee of the St. Paul Gas & Electric Company at St. Paul, passed away at his home in the Capital City Saturday evening following a six months' illness with heart disease.
     Mr. Gordon was born April 23, 1864, in South Wales, England. In early youth he followed a sea-faring life for several years and sailed to all quarters of the globe. He has been a resident of this country the past 32 years. September 14, 1899, he was married to Miss Minnie-Bahr, who, with two sons, Donald and Morley, five sisters and two brothers survive him.
     Funeral services were held this afternoon at the family residence, 1024 Linwood Place, St. Paul. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery, St. Paul.

James Patrick Gordon, a resident of Tampa, Fla., passed away unexpectedly March 19, 2010.

James was born in Little Falls Dec. 8, 1956. He attended Little Falls High School and later graduated from technical college where he was trained as a cabinetmaker. He moved to Tampa in 1979, where he was a master cabinet maker for almost 30 years.

He is survived by siblings Warren Gordon III (Sandy) of Bellevue, Wash., Suzanne Seehausen of Tampa and Nancy Brennan of Appleton, Wis; and an aunt Patricia (Robert) Schroeder of Little Falls; and four nieces and a nephew.

James "Jimmy G" was a caring and loving person and will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Services will be at later date and his remains will be laid to rest with his parents, Patricia and Warren M. Gordon Jr. at Calvary Cemetery in Little Falls.

The christening record shows the abbreviation "nat" which indicates that Jane Heron Gordon was a "natural child of an unmarried couple"..¹ She married William McRobert on 26 November 1881 at St. John the Baptist, Liverpool, Toxteth Park, Lancashire, England. The marriage certificate states that William (aged 42 years) was a bachelor, of 16 Brighton Terrace, Toxteth, Liverpool. His occupation was that of a blacksmith. His father was Alexander McRobert, a stone mason (deceased). Jane Heron Gordon (aged 41 years) was a spinster, of 38 or 39 Deveonshire Road, Toxteth, Liverpool. Her father was Peter Gordon, a farmer.. Jane died 21 September 1886 at 21 Treborth Street, Liverpool, Toxteth Park, Lancashire, England, at age 46.      Janet was born circa 1833 at England.¹ She was the daughter of William Gordon and Margaret (Nae) McNay. She married David James Ewart on 26 June 1856 at Woodhead, Gatehouse of Fleet, Anwoth Parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland. The Marriage Certificate states that at the time of the wedding David James Ewart, age 26 years, lived in Gatehouse of Fleet, Girthon Parish, that he was employed as a writer and bank agent, was a bachelor, and that his parents were David Ewart, Gentleman and Elizabeth Hannay. At the same time, Jessie was a spinster, age 23 years, living at Woodhead, Parish of Anwoth. Her parents were William Gordon, Land Surveyor and Farmer and her mother was Margaret McNay..² Janet died 22 May 1863 at Gatehouse of Fleet, Girthon Parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland.² She was buried in May 1863 at in Girthon Cemetery, Gatehouse of Fleet, Girthon Parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland;
